Accompaniment of an experienced client in the distribution sector to develop its data management and governance strategy. From Luce, we helped to convey to various areas of the company the importance of data and explain to them the advantages they could extract from it.

The process consisted of an initial assessment of the existing problems in the company, in order to focus the support on the areas that could benefit the most, and to identify, prioritise and plan a roadmap of long-term actions that would lead to a true data-driven approach.

Among the strategies defined were the Centre of Excellence, internal content sharing strategies, data quality control strategies, information governance and sharing tools, user training in data warehouse and analysis tools… and many others.
